The  decision  is  in  the  Company's  favour.  The  Judge  Council  at  the  High  Court  decided  to accept  the  appeal  of  PPA  and  Mr.  John  Risinger,  and  annulled  the  Verdict  of  District  Court South  Jakarta  number  267/Pdt.H/2013/PN.Jak.Sel,  dated  7  October  2014.   The  losing  party  may  appeal  the  High  Court's  decision  to  the  Supreme  Court  within  14 (fourteen)  days  commencing  from  the  date  of  Notification.
