CHAIRMAN’S LETTER
Dear Shareholders,
It is my pleasure to present Adavale Resources Limited's Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2026,
a year that has fundamentally reshaped your Company.
Twelve months ago, Adavale stood at the beginning of a genuine transformation. We had acquired the Parkes Gold-
Copper Project in early 2025, delivered a maiden JORC Mineral Resource of 115koz Au at London-Victoria in May
2025, and set about proving what we believed was an overlooked opportunity in one of Australia's most productive
gold jurisdictions. This year was about turning that conviction into results.
Belt-Scale Consolidation
The most significant strategic step of the year was the June 2026 acquisition of the Calarie Gold Mining Licence
(ML739) and three adjoining exploration licences. The transaction increased Adavale's global gold Mineral
Resource by 44% to 166koz Au and consolidated a contiguous 70km belt-scale landholding along the Parkes
Thrust, a corridor that hosts London-Victoria, Calarie and multiple regional prospects, and sits alongside world-
class producers including Cadia Ridgeway and Northparkes. Importantly, the tenure was acquired via 100% scrip
consideration at a premium to market, with clean title and no NSR encumbrance, a structure that reflected both the
vendors' confidence in Adavale and our own discipline around capital allocation.
We complemented that step with a portfolio rationalisation, entering into a binding term sheet in June 2026 for the
sale of our non-core Marree Embayment Uranium Portfolio to Orpheus Uranium Ltd (ASX: ORP) for cash and
shares, sharpening the Company's strategic focus on gold and copper while retaining meaningful uranium price
exposure.
Systematic Resource Delivery at London-Victoria
Underpinning the strategic work has been sustained operational execution at London-Victoria. Two rigs operated
continuously across the year, completing a systematic 85-hole infill drillout at 25m spacing designed to support a
full JORC classification upgrade. Highlights included consistent wide and high-grade intercepts across the 1.5km-
long open pit, culminating in an exceptional 19m @ 4.0g/t Au intersection reported in August, well outside the
existing Resource envelope.
Preliminary metallurgical sighter test work returned encouraging cyanide leach recoveries of 81–83%, and historical
drilling compilation identified six additional near-mine satellite prospects, including standout intercepts such as 11m
@ 4.94g/t Au at Drapers and 9m @ 4.90g/t Au at Nibblers Hill, establishing a strong pipeline of walk-up drill targets
across the corridor.
Events Subsequent to Year End
Post-period, on 22 September 2026, Adavale delivered a substantial update to the Parkes Gold Resource, more
than tripling the inventory to 383,300oz Au. London-Victoria itself grew 228% to 263,000oz, with 126,200oz
classified as Indicated straight up, validating both the quality of the deposit and the systematic approach we have
taken to defining it. A Scoping Study is now underway.
Acknowledgements
None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our small but exceptional team, led by Managing
Director David Ward, whose technical leadership has been central to the resource growth reported this year. My
thanks also to my fellow director, Nic Matich and our CFO and Company Secretary, Leonard Math, for their counsel
and support throughout what has been an extraordinarily busy period.
Finally, thank you to our shareholders for your continued confidence in Adavale. Twenty months ago, this project
had no JORC-compliant resource. Today, we sit on 383,300oz of gold, a consolidated 610km² belt-scale
landholding, a Scoping Study in progress and a clear pathway to advance London-Victoria toward development.
The year ahead promises to be equally consequential.

ADAVALE RESOURCES LIMITED AND ITS CONTROLLED ENTITIES
REVIEW OF OPERATIONS
NATURE OF OPERATIONS
The principal activities of the Group during the year were mineral exploration in Australia for Gold and Uranium and
Tanzania for Nickel. The following sets out the major changes to the Group from both a corporate and operational
perspective during the reporting period and up to the date of the Directors’ report.
Review of Operations
The 2026 Financial Year (“FY2026” or the “Reporting Period”) was a period of consolidation and delivery for
Adavale Resources. Following the transformational acquisition of the Parkes Project in January 2025, the Company
completed its repositioning as a gold and copper focused explorer–developer in the Lachlan Fold Belt of New South
Wales, one of Australia’s premier mineral provinces.
Activity during the reporting period was concentrated on the historic London-Victoria Gold Mine, where Adavale
completed three successive reverse circulation (“RC”) drilling programmes, the first drilling undertaken at the mine
since 1997, and commissioned the first modern structural geology study of the deposit since mining ceased in the
1990s. This work culminated in a systematic resource drillout designed to underpin an updated Mineral Resource
Estimate (“MRE”). In parallel, the Company expanded its landholding along the gold-bearing Parkes Thrust corridor,
entered into agreements to acquire the Calarie Gold Mining Licence and adjoining exploration tenure, and agreed
terms for the divestment of its non-core Marree Embayment uranium portfolio.
PARKES GOLD AND COPPER PROJECT, NSW AUSTRALIA
Consolidating a Belt-Scale Position along the Parkes Thrust
The Parkes Project lies adjacent to the Northparkes (Evolution Mining Ltd; ASX:EVN) copper-gold mine and
encompasses Ordovician-aged rocks of the Macquarie Arc together with the structurally controlled gold corridor
of the Parkes Thrust, which also hosts the Tomingley and Peak Hill deposits (Alkane Resources Ltd; ASX:ALK).
On 17 February 2026 the Company completed the acquisition of a package of Exploration Licences adjacent to its
existing tenure from Alkane Resources Limited, securing ground immediately surrounding the Ashes Prospect and
areas along strike from London-Victoria, and enabling a more integrated exploration approach across a contiguous
landholding1
. Subsequent to the reporting period, on 9 July 2026, the Company announced the grant of EL9918
(formerly ELA7017) and completion of the transfer of EL9178 from Alkane, both of which consolidate the
Company’s position along the London-Victoria to Calarie gold corridor2
.
The London-Victoria Gold Mine
The London-Victoria Gold Mine is located within EL7242, approximately 5km south-west of Parkes. The deposit
was mined periodically from 1874, with the most recent open pit operations conducted by BHP Gold and
subsequently Hargraves Resources between 1988 and 1996, producing an estimated 200,000-250,000 ounces of
gold. Mining ceased primarily as a consequence of the low gold price prevailing in the mid to late 1990s. In May
2025 Adavale reported its maiden JORC (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of 3.8Mt at 0.95g/t Au
for 115koz at the London-Victoria Gold Project based purely on historical drilling data. Subsequent to reporting
period, the London-Victoria Gold Project MRE increased by 233% to 9.74Mt at 0.84g/t Au for 263koz.3

Maiden RC Drilling Programme
On 1 July 2025 the Company announced the mobilisation of RC drilling contractor DRILLIT to the London-Victoria
Mine to commence a maiden 10-hole, 2,200m drilling programme targeting shallow extensions to the known
mineralisation4
. Following positive early results and geological review, the programme was expanded to 14 holes
and was completed on 4 August 2025 with 2,060 metres drilled5
. All holes successfully intersected the targeted
mineralised shear zone. Nine holes were drilled from the eastern flank and along the southern strike of the existing
pit, with five holes drilled from within the pit itself. Samples were analysed by Onsite Laboratory Services in Bendigo,
and Groundsearch conducted downhole optical televiewer logging of selected holes to provide detailed structural
imaging of the controls on mineralisation.
The assay results represented the first drill results reported from the gold project since 19976
. Notable intercepts
included:
• 48m @ 0.82g/t Au from 133m, including 25m @ 1.17g/t Au from 144m (ALRC014)
• 10m @ 1.95g/t Au from 149m, including 1m @ 8.3g/t Au (ALRC001)

• 3m @ 6.64g/t Au from 10m, including 1m @ 14.6g/t Au (ALRC011)
• 12m @ 1.48g/t Au from 38m (ALRC004)
• 9m @ 0.91g/t Au from 4m (ALRC005)
• 6m @ 1.69g/t Au (ALRC008), 8m @ 0.71g/t Au (ALRC007) and 3m @ 1.92g/t Au from 9m (ALRC009)
The ALRC014 intercept extended gold mineralisation approximately 100 metres below the pit floor and well outside
the May 2025 Mineral Resource Estimate, and was the widest intercept recorded at London-Victoria in 30 years.
Magnetic susceptibility readings collected routinely during the programme indicated that alteration associated with
the gold mineralisation destroys primary magnetite, meaning that a magnetic low will reliably act as a proxy for
mineralisation and will be of significant value in future drill targeting.
Figure 2: ALRC014 Cross Section showing the intercept approximately 100m below the pit floor, with red arrows indicating
mineralisation open at depth.
Structural Geology Study and Historic Grade Control Data
On 17 November 2025, Adavale announced the completion of a detailed independent structural geology study at
London-Victoria, coupled with the recovery and analysis of historic BHP Gold grade control data obtained from the
site7
. This work was led by independent structural geologist Ian E. Neilson MSc and represents the first modern
structural study undertaken at London-Victoria since mining operations ceased in the 1990s.
The study identified a major east-dipping shear and associated anticline as the primary control for gold
mineralisation over a 1.5km strike length. This interpretation also highlighted the potential for fold repeats and
stacked mineralised zones at depth, plunging to the south, further indicating significant upside potential for resource
growth extending beyond the existing Mineral Resource Estimate. The model has been progressively refined
through successive drilling campaigns and continues to underpin the Company’s targeting.

Phase 2 RC Drilling Programme
The Phase 2 RC drilling programme commenced on 3 December 20258
and was completed on 18 December 2025,
with 12 holes drilled for 2,411 metres9
. The programme was designed to test extensions to mineralisation beneath
the southern portion of the existing open pit and to follow up the ALRC014 intercept within the mineralised shear
corridor, with targeting informed by the newly completed 3D structural model.
Results announced on 20 January 2026 delivered the highest grade gold drilling intercepts recorded at London-
Victoria to that date10
. Notable intercepts included:
• 14m @ 2.62g/t Au from 133m (ALRC018)
• 23m @ 1.64g/t Au from 142m, within 28m @ 1.39g/t Au, including intervals of up to 2m @ 5.17g/t Au
(ALRC020)
• 28m @ 1.53g/t Au (ALRC019)
• 31m @ 0.71g/t Au, including 6m @ 1.39g/t Au (ALRC025)
Final assay results from the remaining seven holes (1,476 metres) were announced on 9 February 202611
. The
programme returned multiple wide zones of gold mineralisation both within and outside the current Mineral
Resource Estimate, confirming the continuity and robustness of the system and validating the Company’s structural
interpretation. Mineralisation remained open at depth, down plunge and along strike, with only a limited portion of
the overall system being tested at that date.

Phase 3 Systematic Resource Drillout
Following completion of the Phase 2 programme, the Company commenced a Phase 3 RC drilling campaign during
the March 2026 quarter12
. The programme was designed as a systematic, model-driven drillout targeting extensions
to mineralisation along strike and at depth, with the objective of expanding and upgrading the London-Victoria
Mineral Resource. The initial programme comprised approximately 6,000 metres of RC drilling and was
subsequently extended, with a second drill rig mobilised to site during the June 2026 quarter to enable continuous
drilling. As extended, the programme targeted 88 holes for approximately 18,000 metres on 25 metre spacing.
First assay results from the drillout, covering six holes, were announced on 30 April 202613
. Northern-area intercepts
confirmed the continuity of structurally controlled higher-grade lodes below the open pit, while southern-area
intercepts confirmed broader zones of consistent mineralisation. Notable intercepts include:
• 10m @ 2.11g/t Au from 180m, including 1m @ 12.1g/t Au (ALRC031)
• 6m @ 2.96g/t Au from 219m, including 4m @ 4.18g/t Au (ALRC028)
• 31m @ 0.91g/t Au from 147m, within 54m @ 0.75g/t Au at a 0.3g/t Au cut-off (ALRC034)
• multiple mineralised intervals within 52m @ 0.64g/t Au from 132m (ALRC035)
On 24 June 2026 assay results were reported for a further 13 drillholes representing 2,751 metres of the 14,155
metres drilled by Adavale to that date14
. Notable intercepts include:
• 19m @ 1.36g/t Au from 149m (ALRC059)
• 47m @ 0.68g/t Au from 121m (ALRC056)
• 23m @ 0.87g/t Au from 108m (ALRC058)
• 4m @ 3.60g/t Au from 190m (ALRC029)
Subsequent to the reporting period, assay results from the remaining holes were reported progressively, with the
final batch announced on 26 August 202615
. Total drilling completed by Adavale at London-Victoria since acquisition
now stands at 85 holes, comprising 82 RC and three diamond drillholes. None of these holes are included in the
May 2025 Mineral Resource Estimate.
Notable intercepts reported after the Reporting Period include:
• 19m @ 4.00g/t Au from 148m at a 0.3g/t Au cut-off, including 16m @ 4.65g/t Au from 151m at a 1.0g/t Au
cut-off (ALRC076)
• 31m @ 1.29g/t Au from 133m at a 0.3g/t Au cut-off (ALRC070)
• 38m @ 0.87g/t Au from 138m at a 0.3g/t Au cut-off, including 7m @ 2.16g/t Au from 138m at a 1.0g/t Au cut-
off (ALRC073)

Metallurgical Testwork
Preliminary metallurgical sighter testwork16
was completed during the June 2026 quarter by Fremantle Metallurgy
on three RC drill reject composite samples from holes ALRC001 and ALRC014, comprising Northern Pit high-grade,
Southern Pit high-grade and Southern Pit low-grade material. Standard 24-hour cyanide bottle roll leach tests
returned rapid initial leach kinetics, with approximately 68–70% gold recovery within the first two hours and final
24-hour recoveries of approximately 81–83% for the two high-grade composites. The low-grade composites
returned approximately 68% recovery after 24 hours, and reagent consumption was low across all three
composites. The testwork is preliminary in nature and based on a limited number of composite samples from RC
drill reject material. Further metallurgical testwork is planned using diamond core from the most recent drilling
programme.
Near-Mine Targeting and the Victoria South Prospect
On 7 April 2026 the Company announced the identification of multiple high-quality near-mine gold targets at
London-Victoria, based on a systematic review of historic surface geochemistry integrated with historical drilling
and high-resolution geophysical data, including drone magnetic surveys17
. Targets included the Victoria South
Prospect, a coherent soil gold anomaly with peak values of up to 600ppb Au immediately south of the existing
Mineral Resource.
On 9 April 2026 the Company reported a review and compilation of historic drilling completed by Sipa Exploration
NL and Michelago Resources NL in the mid-1990s at Victoria South, which confirmed shallow gold mineralisation
at bonanza grades directly along strike from the existing Mineral Resource18
. Notable intercepts include:
• 1m @ 245.5g/t Au from 22m (KGC12)
• 17m @ 1.53g/t Au from 12m (KGC10)
• 13m @ 2.25g/t Au from 41m (KGC11)
• 15m @ 1.68g/t Au from 36m (KGC14)
• 11m @ 2.37g/t Au from 16m (KGC17)
Victoria South is interpreted as a direct extension of the London-Victoria mineralised system within the same
structural corridor. With tenure consolidated during the year, the historic dataset was incorporated into the
Company’s geological model for the first time, providing a strong foundation for follow-up drilling. Subsequent to
the reporting period, on 22 July 2026, the Company announced the results of a systematic compilation of historic
drillhole data across six further near-mine prospects — Drapers, Nibblers Hill, Waterhouse, Somers, McGuiggans
and Armstrongs19
. Notable intercepts include 11m @ 4.94g/t Au from 9m (DR02) at Drapers, 9m @ 4.90g/t Au from
28m (NB-05) at Nibblers Hill, 4m @ 4.55g/t Au from 4m (WH002) at Waterhouse, 8m @ 3.20g/t Au from 36m (PN31)
at Somers and 32m @ 0.93g/t Au from 24m (AR45) at Armstrongs.

Belt-Scale Consolidation: Acquisition of the Calarie Gold Mining Licence (ML739)
On 1 June 2026 Adavale announced that it had entered into binding agreements to acquire the Calarie Gold Mining
Licence (ML739) and three adjoining Exploration Licences (EL8555, EL8580 and EL9741), contiguous with the
Company’s existing Parkes Project tenure20
. The agreements comprised a tenement sale agreement with Orange
Minerals (NSW) Pty Ltd and Godolphin Tenements Pty Ltd to acquire 100% of EL8580, EL8555 and ML739; a share
sale agreement with the shareholders of Parker Hill Pty Ltd to acquire 100% of the shares in Parker Hill, which holds
EL9741; and a deed of partial release and amendment with Monarch Royalty & Investments Pty Ltd to release the
existing net smelter return royalty over EL8580, EL8555 and ML739.
Consideration comprised 22,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a deemed issue price of $0.05 per share:
7,905,000 to Orange, 7,595,000 to Godolphin, 4,000,000 to the Parker Hill shareholders and 3,000,000 to Monarch,
together with options exercisable at $0.10 and options exercisable at $0.20, in each case on or before 31 December
2029. Consideration shares issued to the vendors under the tenement sale and share sale agreements are subject
to voluntary escrow for six months from the date of execution. All tenure was to be acquired with clean title, 100%
ownership and no net smelter royalty attached.
Completion was conditional upon several conditions precedent, including shareholder approval, regulatory
approvals, third-party approvals and consents, execution of deeds of assignment and assumption, and execution
of the Monarch deed, with an end date of 30 November 2026. Shareholder approval was obtained at a general
meeting held on 17 July 2026, and the consideration securities were issued on 3 August 2026.
Following completion, the Parkes Project comprises 11 granted Exploration Licences and one Mining Licence
covering approximately 610km² across 70 kilometres of contiguous strike along the Parkes Thrust. The Calarie
deposit hosts a JORC (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource of 0.87Mt @ 1.83g/t Au for 50,796 ounces, originally
reported by Orange Minerals NL (ASX:OMX) on 13 February 202321
. Significant exploration upside remains, with
historical and recent drilling returning high-grade intercepts including 16m @ 15.9g/t Au from 98m (CARC069),
13.7m @ 7.6g/t Au from 55.3m (CARCD001) and 17m @ 5.7g/t Au from 34m (OCRC006). The acquired tenure also
includes several regional prospects, including Armstrongs, Nibblers Hill, Waterhouse and Toss of a Penny; due
diligence surface sampling returned assays of 20.9g/t Au from mullock at Nibblers Hill and 2.41g/t Au and 1.01g/t
Au at Toss of a Penny.
Exploration Work at Ashes & Myalls Prospects
Located within the Parkes Project are the highly prospective Ashes and Myalls Prospects, situated approximately
10km east of the Northparkes Mine. On 26 August 2025 Adavale announced that it was advancing the Ashes
Prospect by focusing on collecting more detailed geophysical data to refine future drilling targets22
. A high-
resolution ground magnetics survey covering 11.9km² on 50 metre line spacing, totalling 238 line kilometres, was
undertaken across the broader Ashes–Myalls Prospect, together with an induced polarisation (“IP”) survey
comprising four 1,600 metre lines spaced 200 metres apart, undertaken proximal to a previously defined strong
50mV/V chargeability anomaly which remains open to the north.
On 23 February 2026 the Company reported the results of an integrated review of the geophysical and geochemical
datasets23
. This work identified a significant chargeability anomaly, interpreted to represent sulphide-bearing
mineralisation within a broader hydrothermal system, spatially associated with elevated gold, copper and silver
values from surface sampling. The scale and nature of the anomaly, combined with supporting geochemical data,
highlight the potential for a larger-scale mineralised system, including possible porphyry-style mineralisation.
Subsequent to the Reporting Period, high-grade surface sampling at Ashes returned a peak result of 9.2g/t Au,
4.5g/t Ag and 660ppm Cu within newly granted EL9918, complementing previously reported rock chip results of
10.65g/t Au, 1.98% Cu and 158g/t Ag on adjoining EL8831, establishing a walk-up greenfields drill target.

Further Prospect Generation: Corner & Parkvale South Prospects
Ground magnetic surveys were completed over the Corner Prospect (EL8831) during the December 2025 quarter,
with reconnaissance rock chip sampling returning multiple gold-bearing quartz vein samples, with some assays
exceeding 1g/t Au. Best results include 1.82g/t Au, 1.55g/t Au and 1.16g/t Au, which highlights the prospectivity of
the target over a wide area. The gold bearing veined samples are exposed at surface within sub-cropping
metasediments and display multiple overprinting vein textures, suggestive of a long lived and fertile hydrothermal
system. This is noteworthy, as the Corner Prospect lies on a direct line half-way between a porphyry Cu-Au deposit
(Northparkes) and a high-sulphidation epithermal deposit (Peak Hill).
On EL8830, ground magnetics were completed at the highly prospective Parkvale South Prospect, which has
previously returned rock chip assays of up to 22.2g/t Au24
. Work at Corner and Parkvale South forms part of a
systematic and continual evaluation of the multiple greenfields prospects through the Parkes Project area.
